A partnership between the Parent Child Center of Tulsa and the George Kaiser Family Foundation’s Talking is Teaching campaign will allow for the parents and guardians of all newborns to receive parenting education before leaving the hospital.
The Talking is Teaching campaign is a multimedia initiative to raise awareness on the importance of talking, reading and singing to children from birth to age 3.
