Our May Employe of the Month category is “Team Player” and PCCT’s Joe Rodanski is quite the team player. A great team player is someone who can put aside his or her personal goals and work well with others to strive towards a common goal. They share information and resources and look at ways to improve the team not just themselves. They communicate well and always offer a lending hand often times without being asked to do so. They go that extra mile for the betterment of the team! Congrats to Joe!
