A year ago two nonprofits based in downtown opened a joint satellite location in east Tulsa to meet expanding needs and reach an under-served population.
In the past year, the numbers show that Emergency Infant Services and the Parent Child Center of Tulsa have done both at the new location, 9910 E. 42nd St., Suite 100.
