It’s back to school time and The Parent Child Center’s Steve Hahn is out speaking at schools about Child Abuse & Neglect. Last week Steve spoke to Owasso Public Schools teachers and administrators about spotting possible signs of child abuse and neglect along with the process of reporting it.
